Through the interGen program, we bring it all home. Managers and employees come together to understand their generational differences—in world views, language, and expectations.

Breakout sessions go over topics covered in Slay the Job® and Manager 2.0. We reinforce the coaching model and important soft skills to the respective generations. Afterwards, everyone regroups and participates in collaborative activities to build a stronger framework of trust and understanding.
